UK delivery options
We want to enjoy your products and enjoy buying from us. As a thank, you for your order we will pay your delivery costs on all orders over £50.00*. We will also endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible
Orders over £50
Standard Service – up to 5 working days – Free*
Order by 2 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) and delivery is estimated within 5 working days from your order date. This service is not available on Bank Holidays. Delivery is only available in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Orders under £50
Standard Service – up to 5 working days – £3.75

- Orders may be delivered in one or more parts.
- Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery postage will be charged accordingly.

- Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer.
- Anity Beauty cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by-products at the time of order not being available.
- In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Info Cosmetics bears no risk once it has been dispatched.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Orders may be delivered in one or more parts.
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK Standard delivery is 2-4 working days. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Damaged Goods
- Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if our Customer Service Team is notified on: sales@anitybeauty.com and the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, as directed by our Customer Service Team.
- If goods are signed for, the customer then bears the risk.
- If the customer feels that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
Acceptance of Goods
- The Customer shall inspect the Goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified ‘us’ the seller that the goods are faulty (However this does not affect customer’s statutory rights).
- If no such action has been taken, Anity Beauty shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection at a later date.
